Online Support

I offer online support for counselling, birth preparation, birth debriefing, and women's circles, creating a safe and nurturing space no matter where you are. Whether you're seeking emotional support, preparing for birth, processing a past experience, or wanting to connect with others in a meaningful way, these sessions are held with care, presence, and deep respect for your journey. All sessions are offered via video call, making it easy to access support from the comfort of your own home.

Birth Debriefing

Birth is a powerful, life-changing experience. It can leave behind joy, grief, pride, confusion, tenderness, or a mix of it all.

If your birth didn’t go as planned, stirred up unexpected emotions, or  left you needing space to process, this session offers a gentle place to share your story.

Postpartum Connection Circle

The postpartum journey can be beautiful, intense, lonely, and everything in between. This online circle is a supportive space to be with others who understand. There’s no pressure to have it all together, just a place to share, listen, and be held in the realness of this tender season. Whether you're freshly postpartum or further along, you're warmly welcome here.

I would like to acknowledge the Ramindjeri, Ngarrindjeri, Kaurna, Nharangga and Barngalla nations of Karta Patingga (Kangaroo Island) as the custodians of the lands on which I live and work. I pay respect to elders both past and present.

I acknowledge and respect the cultural, spiritual, physical and emotional connection with their land, waters and community.
