Connect with like minded women and feel a sense of community and belonging. "The circles of women around us weave invisible nets of love that carry us when we're weak and sing with us when we're strong" - SARK

Release

Sit in a safe container where all stories are welcomed and all feelings are held and witnessed without judgement. The power of being truly seen and held is profoundly healing.

Remember

Remember the old ways of our ancestors, remember the rituals that our cells know and long for, remember how to honor the cycles and seasons of your body and the Earth.

Nurture

Nurture yourself through allowing your nervous system space to co-regulate with others, through time taken for journaling, meditation, singing, movement and connection.

The Mother Hearth

A Gentle Online Series for New Mothers in the First Year After Birth

6 weekly Circles | Safe. Supportive. Soulful.

Motherhood is a beautiful transformation, but it can also be overwhelming, tender, and isolating. You don’t have to walk this path alone.

Join us around the virtual hearth for a series of six online connection circles, lovingly created to support you through the early seasons of motherhood. Whether you’re a brand-new mama or navigating the first year postpartum, these gatherings are a space to exhale, be seen, and be held.

Each circle offers a blend of nourishing conversation, gentle guidance on key postpartum themes, and space to share your truth in the company of others who understand.

Together, we’ll explore topics like:

  • Reclaiming identity in motherhood

  • Matrescence and emotional shifts

  • Navigating relationships and boundaries

  • Postpartum body and self-compassion

  • Rest, rhythms, and finding support

  • The unseen labor of caregiving and how we care for ourselves

These gatherings are weekly and held online, so you can join from the comfort of your home, messy bun, feeding baby, or snuggled in bed with your baby, exactly as you are.

Starting Tuesday October 7th

Investment: $150 for the full 6-session series (that’s just $25 per circle).
Whether you come to speak, listen, or simply be, you are welcome here.

*Reduced price can be arranged for single mothers, just let me know.

Blessing for Mother to Be

A Mother Blessing is a sacred and heartfelt way to honour the profound rite of passage that is birth. Rooted in connection and community, this gathering shifts the focus away from traditional, gift-centered baby showers and instead turns toward nourishing the mother-to-be — emotionally, spiritually, and energetically.

Surrounded by those who love her, the mother is held, witnessed, and celebrated as she prepares to cross the threshold into motherhood. Through circle sharing, storytelling, and intentional rituals, we create a space where she can release the maiden archetype and step fully into her power as Mother — with grace, support, and deep affirmation.

A Mother Blessing is a beautiful reminder that birth is not only the arrival of a baby, but the rebirth of a woman.

Post Partum Closing Ceremony

Postpartum Closing Ceremony – 3 Hours

Pregnancy and birth open a mother in powerful and profound ways — physically, emotionally, and spiritually. This expansive Rite of Passage deserves time, space, and reverence to be fully integrated.

A Postpartum Closing Ceremony is a nurturing and intentional way to support this process. Through ritual and ceremony, we create space to honour the journey you’ve walked, the transformation you’ve undergone, and to gently call your energy back to yourself — grounding, centering, and restoring.

Many traditional cultures hold deep wisdom around postpartum care, such as the Mexican “Closing of the Bones”. While I hold deep respect for these traditions, I do not follow them in a prescribed or cultural way. Instead, I draw inspiration from their spirit and practices to co-create a ceremony that feels authentic and attuned to you — your story, your needs, your desires.

Each closing ceremony is unique, but may include:

  • Ceremonial hair and foot washing

  • Full body herbal oil massage (with optional abdominal massage)

  • Body wrapping

  • Body warming

  • Yoni steam

  • Shamanic drum journey

  • Community witnessing and blessing

This is a time to be held, honoured, and gently brought back to yourself. A sacred pause to acknowledge all that has changed — and all that you are becoming.

Investments: $250

"Alana's pregnancy circle was very special. I looked forward to every sitting. Alana is a beautiful person who is clearly passionate about helping others. I learnt a lot from her experiences and wisdom as a doula, mother and nature-lover. I also really valued the opportunity to connect with other like-minded women and to have felt seen and heard within the group."

I would like to acknowledge the Ramindjeri, Ngarrindjeri, Kaurna, Nharangga and Barngalla nations of Karta Patingga (Kangaroo Island) as the custodians of the lands on which I live and work. I pay respect to elders both past and present.

I acknowledge and respect the cultural, spiritual, physical and emotional connection with their land, waters and community.
